Westonby Lodge Guest Rental Agreement

This Guest Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which guests are permitted to occupy the property managed by Westonby Lodge. By booking a stay, guests agree to comply with these terms for the duration of their rental period.

1. Occupancy

Guests must adhere to the occupancy limits specified for the property. Subletting of the rental property is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments and Cancellations

A detailed payment schedule is provided at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made within a specified period before the check-in date for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Property Use and Conduct

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect, adhering to all house rules regarding noise, gatherings, and use of facilities. Any damages caused during the stay must be reported and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Liability and Risk

Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property’s amenities. Westonby Lodge is not responsible for personal injuries or loss of personal property during the stay.

5. Booking and Check-in Process

Detailed instructions for booking, payment, and check-in will be provided upon reservation confirmation. Guests may be asked to sign a separate check-in agreement upon arrival.

6. Complaints and Refunds

Any issues or complaints should be reported immediately to Emma Foster, owner of Westonby Lodge for resolution. Refund policies are outlined in the agreement, with specific conditions under which refunds may be granted.

7. Property Unavailability

In the unlikely event that the reserved property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Westonby Lodge will arrange to refund any money already paid.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
